2016 Ribfest

Eligibility

Swim Club members and their guests may enter the bake off contest.

 

Baking

Must be baked offsite as we will have limited space to store, but will do our best to accommodate your dessert if refrigeration is needed, before sampling.

 

Amount

Enteries must include enough samples for 6 to 8 judges to taste 

 

Entries

Please register by Friday, September 2nd.

 

Time

Shortly after the Rib-fest judges are finished

 

Setup

We will handle the set up for all desserts!

 

Judging

6 to 8 people will judge entries based on 2 categories using a weighted scale

from 1-9:

Appearance (0.50)

Taste (2.50)

 

 

 

Prizes

Winner will receive 50 tickets!
